Our small but efficient home office team located in Shreveport, Louisiana works hand-in-hand with site managers at each location to ensure smooth operations and responsive service.
We partner closely with the U.S. Department of Agriculture Rural Development, HUD, and Section 8 programs to make housing accessible and affordable for families and seniors across rural Louisiana. At the heart of our mission is a commitment to tenant well-being, underscored by our full-time tenant advocate who ensures every voice is heard and every concern addressed.
